To comply with international shipping safety standards and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations regarding pressurized flammable liquids, all units are purged of fuel before transit. Simply fill with high-purity butane (5x or 11x refined recommended) upon arrival to begin operation.
The internal crush-proof chamber is precision-engineered to house up to 10 standard-sized units (84mm). It is also compatible with king-size units, though capacity may vary slightly based on diameter. The bay features a gasket-sealed cap to keep your payload moisture-free in the field.
Yes. The AeroVulcan utilizes a high-velocity Piezo-Ignition system that produces a 1300°C (2372°F) blue jet flame. This needle-thin flame is designed to remain stable and functional in wind speeds up to 40mph, making it ideal for tactical or survival environments.
The flame regulator is located on the base of the unit. Using a small tool or flathead, rotate the brass screw toward the (+) for a high-output torch or toward the (-) for precision work. We recommend starting at a mid-point for the most efficient fuel consumption.
We build gear for life. If your internal ignition mechanism fails to strike or the ceramic heat shield cracks under normal operating conditions, we will replace your unit free of charge. Our mission is to ensure you never have a failed deployment when it matters most.
